Rules and conditions applicable to our transport services
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all tourist transport services (airport transfers, inter-city trips, circuits and private excursions) provided by MoroccanCab. Any reservation of a service implies the unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the client.
Reservation requests can be made via the online form, email, or phone/WhatsApp. The reservation is only considered firm and final after written confirmation from MoroccanCab (by email or messaging). Vehicles are offered subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Our rates are communicated including all taxes (VAT) and include the driving service, the vehicle, fuel, as well as highway and parking fees if any on the agreed route. The driver's meals and accommodation (in case of prolonged circuits) or the client's personal expenses are not included. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made directly to the driver in cash at the beginning or end of the service trip.
Any cancellation or modification (times, date, vehicle) must be communicated in writing or by phone call/message at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Fees may apply in case of late last-minute cancellation directly affecting the driver's mobilization.
The client agrees to respect the number of seats in the vehicle and to adopt civil behavior on board. Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory in Morocco. The driver is entitled to refuse boarding to persons in a state of intoxication or whose behavior compromises the safety of the trip.
MoroccanCab is committed to making every effort to respect the agreed times and guarantee a smooth journey. However, we decline any responsibility for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, severe weather, exceptional traffic jams, strikes, unreported work). In case of delay of the client's flight for airport transfers, a free waiting time is provided, but beyond a certain duration or in case of non-presentation ("No-Show"), the trip may be canceled.
